————————————————————————————————————–
We picked up this vintage american flag at a garage sale early one saturday morning, and it’s one of our favorites. She has some old rips and snags that naturally occurred over the course of its life, and it adds the perfect amount of tattered character that we love. If our little cottage wasn’t so tiny we would proudly have our flag hanging high on the inside walls of our home, however, our cottage is a shoebox and the truth is the flag is too large to hang on any of our petite walls. So we hang her on our backyard fence.
In honor of our country we decided to take a quick photo series in front of her yesterday morning before our festivities took over our day. I love the way they turned out.. Really, I love any photo that Miles is a part of, as you can see by most the posts I put up, so here they are.
GOD BLESS THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY THAT WE ARE SO LUCKY TO LIVE IN.
After weeks of traveling up & down the great Golden State, we arrived home late in the night on July 3rd, had a lovely sleep in on the 4th, and painted the town here in Newport Beach all afternoon! We enjoyed the day with a few cocktails, some wonderful friends and best of all each other.

I think you two are amazing young American’s. You’re nice, fun and you can surf. So spread the vibe.
Charlie, your the best! We will spread our vibe just as long as you spread yours! Seriously can’t wait to hang again on da island
