After nearly a year spent apart, we are reunited at last.

My sister Dani recently spent a year in Italy studying photography. She returned home this summer, and life feels right again.

She lives in San Francisco, where she attends SF State usually. The separation between Northern & Southern California is hard enough for me, which made a different country beyond difficult.

Dani is one of the most amazing photographers I know, she loves the craft of photography through and through and has a remarkable talent.

While she was staying at our little cottage in Newport this past week we decided to take a few self portraits together.
