Turtle is a friend of mine who started climbing a little while before me, he progressed insanely quick and has helped me do the same.  Almost every time I climb Turtle is there to direct me through the route and keep me from breaking my neck.  The photos below are of Turtle completing a route called Annabell.  Annabell is one of the hardest routes at this spot, yet Turtle has a way of making it look easy.
